Dedicated to providing your group with "SUNsational" service, this award-winning staff will act as your personal "concierge to the community" and assist with all aspects of your meeting from promotion through execution and much, much more.
In addition, the Greater Fort Lauderdale Convention & Visitors Bureau is offering a SUNsational summer savings plan for meeting planners. Planners who book groups at the Broward County Convention Center from June 15-October 15, 2010, 2011 and contracting a minimum of 750 hotel rooms for more than two nights will receive free rental of all floor space throughout the Convention Center, free one-hour welcome reception with displayed and passed hor d’oeuvres and open bar for registered attendees, 10% discount on food, beverage, electric, security, telecommunications and A/V services contracted through the Center’s exclusive providers, 2.5% additional commission or credit to hotel master account based on hotel revenues consumed.
