| The Convention Services Department of the Greater Miami Convention and Visitors Bureau serves as a liaison between the meeting professional and the community. Once your meeting is booked, the GMCVB becomes your "office away from home" by directing you to the resources required to create a successful meeting. Expert GMCVB staff members will suggest tours, off-site event venues, cruises, local-interest speakers, entertainment, vendors and spouse programs.
Promotional and publicity materials such as brochures and print collateral featuring destination highlights can be provided. Promotional videos, color slides, fact sheets, press releases and even a customized hotel locator map for city-wide conventions are also available.
For groups in the corporate and association markets requiring 100 rooms or less, the GMCVB Meetings Express Division will extend VIP treatment, a high level of attention to your group's needs and a quick turnaround on hotel responses. This Division will ensure a smooth booking process and deliver full services to groups of all sizes.
